Over a year ago, I got interested in Magic. While buying packs is useful and Tournaments add a lot of fun to your week, I needed to find a way to get single cards which I needed for a deck or deck protectors. Ok, so a little update on life. Right now, I am finally finished with Statistics(as long as I pass) and am free of the evils of math classes forever, I hope.
Also, I am (maybe temporarily) employed, with UPS(that's the United Parcel Service to you in English speaking countries) as a driver helper. My Day starts at around 9:15 and ends when my driver, who is really cool, needs to let me go. My legs are sore all the time and I walk more then I ever have, but the pay is great(9.50 an hour!!!) and I am almost making more then what I used to in 2 week.

Other then that, things are alright.

1. It's time to clear out some stuff. Mostly communities, but I may dump a few real people, but don't take it personal! I'll still have them faved and such, so I can check them on my own.

2. I really just feel like total shit right now. It seems like no matter what I do, I'll fail at it. Not even sure if I still wanna go on like this..... haven't been hearing a lot of positive feedback....the one thing I miss.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, Wall-E is such a good movie. It was so cute, and touching, beautifully animated, great voice acting and just..AHhhhh! Go see it..... NOW!!!

Disney, you have one more Wall-E DVD purchase sold!

1.  I have this thing about seeing a t.v. series, anime, movie series, manga, books, etc, in order. I can't just go and read volume 2 and then go back to volume one. It's not that it confuses me but I prefer to go along with the story in the linear way(even if it jumps around alot)

2. I love tea! Tea Tea Tea!!!! TEATEATEA . I'll go to the dollar store and get like 5 dollars worth of tea bags and go through them in about a month.

3.  I am on a quest to finish my collections of my current manga/anime/t.v. shows and novels. I just finished the Revolutionay Girl Utena manga series(when the other 2 books arrive)

4. I'm pretty much "queer" in every sense of the word. That's all I could think of.

5. It feels like I don't get enough sleep.even if I sleep in, I wake up a bit groggy.

6. My parents and I are hippies without the tie-dye.

7.  I give strange, random names to my electronic devices. My laptop's named Pyo-Pyo-chan and my iPod is RopoMatsu.

8. 13 and 666 are my lucky numbers!

Question for all of you. What is easier? Calling ahead for an appointment for a time that is available and going for it, or traveling an hour away and then waiting 3+ hours for someone to come and only having a chance that your going to get a slot in?

Amazing movie but the ending was sad.

Talladega Nights - C
Had some funny bits and some good acting, but it was sort of painful and some things were shocking just for shocking sake.

Norbit - D-
Only reason this movie isn't an F is because it eventually ends, and I could actually get through all of it.

Little Children - A-
Wonderful actors, great plot, wonderful voice over, and some cute kids!

Letters From Iwo Jima - A
This was an amazing movie, I recommend that everyone watch it. Has subtitles but the body language speaks for its self.

THE BEST White Stripes album. Perfect parts blues, avant garde, balls to the wall rock, an Irish influenced little diddy and even a little bit of Latino influence creates a wonderful complex album with very simple messages. Play with the track listing a bit for your own liking.

It's been awhile since I posted(other then the Chris Benoit entry). I guess a few updates for those who actually read my journal.

First off, I'm one semester from graduating from Gateway with an AS is Sciences!!! Sweet. I finished my internship and ended up getting a solid C after some issues with my supervisor. The class that went with it I did get an A- in, so that helps!

Danny, my nephew, and his family finally moved out of the worst neighborhood in the city to a mostly better neighborhood closer to us^^. The place is really nice and they even have a deck and a real living room. I'm a bit pissed at my brother, but that's for other reasons.

A bit less then a month ago, I spent a week watching over my Nana, who had just got out of a rehab center(not the addiction kind). I don't know what's going to happen, thankfully her hearing seemed to be going away only because of a wax build up, but she still doesn't remember some things she should remember. She moved into my Aunt's house that weekend and things don't seem to be going terrific as my Aunt, who swore would not expect a penny from my Nana, is now quitting her full time job. Mind you, my Uncle tends to not do that whole "bill pay" or "contribute" things.

This Friday I get my wisdom teeth taken out! I'm both looking forward to it and cringing in fear. I am adverse to pain, as several people can attest to and the one thing that could help me is the drug they prescribed. Vicodan I think.

Still have a job, though I'm getting sick of this filthy guy who always sits next to me.Not only is his English incomprehensible, but he brushes himself in public. I got a rash because of him and I'm glad he won't be earning money for doing a job he doesn't do anyway.

I've bonded a bit with one of my Coworkers, Matt, since I told him off for being, pretty much, a fuck-up. I give him my coke caps for this my coke rewards thing. He said he'd have Milly(another coworker who Matt has a little crush on) and myself to his place to a party if he wins this flat panel T.V. . So that could be cool, I guess.

Due to outside reasons, my girlfriend, Hunty, and I have not been able to spend too much time together. Namely her nephew, Opie-chan. I don't blame her for wanting to help her mom and dad raise him, in fact it helps me love and appreciate her in a whole new light. She keeps on thinking that I get frustrated with her to the point that I'd break up with her, but it's mostly because I ran out of my meds and I've been on edge the past week. I just hope she realizes that I don't want the whole world knowing my biznass. Her friends I'm fine with.

Soon as I get back on my laptop, I'll be posting a plethora of movie and album reviews.

I haven't posted in awhile and didn't really feel much need to. I guess I'm kinda stoic like that...

So, I stop into WWE.com looking at the Fit Finlay profile there. So I go to them home page and there it is.

Chris Benoit Dead.

I just started getting back into wrestling a few months back and what amazed me was that Chris Benoit had finally earned the respect he deserved. He won the championship that he earned. I went though season mode in Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 and it was so great to play as him with a moveset which was truly his.

And I find out himself, his wife, and child we found dead.

I was shaken..then I talked to Lizzie and I started to cry. Actually cry...

I loved him the first time I saw him in WCW. He used a combination of mat wrestling, submission, high speed, and aerial attacks to beat his opponents. Even he lost he never looked like it, he worked as well as anyone I had ever seen. Most people had never heard of him then, but I was always impressed.

When I saw him on Raw one night, I was elated. He was one of the few reasons I watched WCW and then he left. I was truly happy.

I stopped watching WWF because the stories were getting stale and they underused the talent they had. But I always kept tabs when I could.

He was 1 of four wrestlers that I always thought deserved everything and now....maybe he did but this was not the way for him to go.

I know I almost always post quiz results instead of actual news, but it's fun!

Well, I know it's been awhile, so here's a nice big update!

1. My girlfriend and I are coming up on our first year of dating! I'm planning of something but I won't say anything here, though I doubt she'll read it.

2. I have started my internship for my Human Services Transfer degree and Youth Worker Cert. I'm actually working at the North Haven Campus with some teens who aren't quite mainstream students but are preparing for the real world. Sorta like me except most of them aren't as social or as well developed as I am. They seem very friendly and smart, but some things they get frustrated by. It just means I have to wake up earlier on MWF to head over there before work.

3. I've passed a year in the computer lab! And boy has it been a bother. Moronic people still come in but most of the people are polite, quiet, and know wtf they are doing, which makes my job less stressful.

Though I began working with Tara, Alex, and Kurt, I'm now working shift with Alexandra and(sometimes) Felicia. I miss Tara though, the other 2, not so much. I believe Matt still works here and Elio, and apparently this really rude Jamaican guy just started and he's already a problem to Abby, the woman in the morning. Strange, it seems the only male-like person who works here who does their job is me ^^(). Oh well, Matt will be gone soon.

4. Daniel Joseph is getting so strong! For you who don't know, that's my new nephew. I'll see if I can post a few pictures of us up. He looks like his daddy! Oh he is so cute and he's apparently ripped like The Hulk(though nowhere near as violent or stupid). His big sisters seem to be warming up to him more now.

5. I only have 3 actual classes this semester, cause the fourth is my internship. I have The class that goes with it, which is taught by one of my fave professers, Prof. Jefferies. Then I have Abnormal Psych and Music History and Appreciation. After this, I'll only have one class I need to graduate.
